Orders dispatched from our Cardiff warehouse are delivered by DPD in 1 to 3 business days. Orders fulfilled from our European warehouse arrive in 7 to 10 business days via DHL. All orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Your estimated delivery window is shown at checkout.

Standard tracked delivery is £5.95 including VAT. Orders over £30 including VAT qualify for free delivery. If your order includes items from both our UK and European warehouses, a split shipment rate of £11.90 including VAT applies and you will receive two separate deliveries. A split shipment happens when items in your order are held across both our Cardiff warehouse and our European warehouse. In this case your order arrives in two separate deliveries: the UK portion via DPD in 1 to 3 business days, and the European portion via DHL in 7 to 10 business days. A combined shipping fee of £11.90 including VAT applies and this will be clearly indicated at checkout before you complete your order.
