Our Price Promise is designed to help make sure you receive a fair and competitive price on like-for-like products. If you find the same item available at a lower total price elsewhere, we will do our best to match or beat that price.
While we always aim to honour valid requests, we reserve the right to decline a price match if the competitor offer does not meet our criteria.
What Qualifies For A Price Match?
To be eligible, the competitor product must be genuinely like-for-like and match the key specification points below.
Brand
The product must be from the same brand as the item sold by Postal Packaging, where a brand is specified.
We only compare like-for-like products to ensure the quality, specification and source are genuinely comparable.
Style
The style or product design must be the same, including the closure, format, finish and overall product type.
For example, a peel and seal envelope must be compared with another peel and seal envelope of the same specification.
Weight Or GSM
The paper weight, board grade or GSM value must match where applicable.
Small differences in thickness, strength or material weight can affect both the quality and price of envelopes and packaging.
Material
The product must be made from the same material, paper type or board grade.
This helps us compare the true quality, durability and finish of the item rather than price alone.
Size
The product must be the same size or dimensions as the item listed on our website.
For packaging products, this includes relevant internal or external measurements where applicable.
Colour
The colour or shade must be the same where colour is part of the product specification.
Custom, special order or limited-edition colours may not be eligible for price matching.
Please note: The total cost, including delivery and handling fees, must be lower than our price for the same quantity. The competitor must also have the item in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Price match requests are reviewed at our discretion.

Requesting a price match is simple. Complete the form below with the Postal Packaging product details and a link to the competitor’s offer.
Our team will review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible. To help us assess your request fairly, please include the competitor price, quantity, delivery cost, product specification and evidence that the item is currently in stock.
