We offer clear UK delivery options based on where your items are fulfilled from. Most orders are dispatched from our Cardiff warehouse, while selected products may be fulfilled from our European warehouse in Spain due to stock availability. This page explains our delivery methods, costs, dispatch times and what to expect once your order has been placed.

Delivery Services Explained
Our delivery information is designed to make checkout simple and transparent. The delivery method, estimated delivery time and cost will depend on whether your order is fulfilled from our Cardiff warehouse, our European warehouse, or both.
Cardiff Warehouse Delivery
Most Postal Packaging orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Cardiff. This is the quickest fulfilment route for most customers and is used when the items in your basket are available from our Cardiff stock.
If your order qualifies for Cardiff warehouse delivery, this will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.
European Warehouse Delivery
Some products may be fulfilled from our European warehouse in Spain when stock is not available from Cardiff, or where the product is held as part of our wider European range.
Orders sent from our European warehouse have a longer delivery estimate. This will be shown clearly on the product page and at checkout, so you can review the delivery timescale before placing your order.
Split Shipment Delivery
If your basket contains items from both our Cardiff warehouse and our European warehouse, your order may be sent as two separate deliveries.
This helps us dispatch the available Cardiff stock as quickly as possible while the European warehouse items follow separately. If your order is split, this will be shown at checkout and you may receive separate tracking details for each delivery.
Dispatch Cut-Off
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and order processing. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT, or on weekends and bank holidays, are usually dispatched the next working day.
