2. Ordering From Us
2.1 You place an order with us by completing the online checkout process. During checkout, you will be given the opportunity to review your order and correct any errors before submitting it.
2.2 Once your order has been placed, we will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.3 Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods. At this point, the purchase contract between you and Postal Packaging Ltd is formed, even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
2.4 We may refuse to accept an order where:
- The goods are not available
- We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
- There has been a pricing, stock, or product description error
- You do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions
- We reasonably believe the order has been placed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms & Conditions
3. Pricing
3.1 Product prices are shown on the website. Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown excluding VAT, with VAT calculated and shown separately where applicable.
3.2 Delivery charges, packing charges, carriage, insurance, and any other relevant charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.
3.3 Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.4 If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. If payment has already been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
3.5 Any discount, promotion, or price promise offer is subject to its own terms and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. You can view our Price Promise for more information.
4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@postalpackaging.com.
4.2 If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel or amend it. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot usually be changed.
4.3 We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
4.4 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

4.6 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
4.7 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bespoke, personalised, or printed items
- Items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition
- Sale items
- Gift cards
4.8 Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
4.9 If approved, your refund will be made back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and show the refund on your account.

5. Delivery
5.1 We ship orders from our UK warehouse in Cardiff and, where required, from our European warehouse in Spain. Most orders are dispatched from our Cardiff warehouse.
5.2 If your order requires fulfilment from our European warehouse, or from both our Cardiff and European warehouses, this will be shown on the product page and at checkout.
5.3 Orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
5.4 Delivery times are estimates and are based on business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
5.5 We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, busy periods, stock availability, customs checks, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside of our control.
5.6 Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
5.7 If your order is split across two shipments, you may receive separate tracking information for each delivery.
6. Damaged, Incorrect Or Missing Items
6.1 Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you have received the wrong item.
6.2 Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue where possible, so we can review it and put things right.
6.3 We may request that damaged or incorrect items are returned to us before a replacement, refund, or further resolution is provided.

7.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this website for your own personal or internal business use, provided that:
- No documents or related graphics are modified in any way
- No graphics are used separately from accompanying text
