If your order includes items from both our Cardiff and European warehouses, a combined shipping rate of £11.90 incl. VAT will apply. Delivery times will be 1-3 and 7-10 business days for your shipment.
This ensures all items are delivered as quickly as possible via the most suitable service.
Order Processing
Orders received by 14:00 GMT (Monday - Friday) are processed the same working day.
Orders placed after 14:00 GMT will be dispatched the following working day.
This excludes public holidays and weekends.

While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

We are not liable for deliveries received outside of the advertised timescale, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.
Delivery Addresses
All delivery addresses must be to a non-packet station.
Stock Levels
Orders are subject to stock availability. If stock is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or a restocking timeframe.
If you choose not to wait or accept an alternative, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Address Changes
Changing the delivery address after dispatch may incur additional costs.
Alternative Shipping Location Policy
In certain circumstances, if stock is unavailable in our UK warehouse, we may fulfil your order from our European warehouse in Spain.
This is determined at the time of order processing and may not always be reflected at checkout.
Where possible, we will notify you before dispatch, but this may not always be feasible.
This does not affect delivery costs however delivery timescales will change in accordance with the listed above delivery times.
