2. Modern Slavery

Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. Postal Packaging will not tolerate any such practices within its operations or supply chain.

We are committed to: - Preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities. - Ensuring that our supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking. - Complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Expectations of Suppliers: We expect all suppliers and service providers to: - Comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws and regulations. - Not use forced, bonded, or involuntary labour. - Ensure workers are not subject to inhumane or exploitative treatment. - Provide safe and fair working conditions.

Any supplier found in breach of these principles may face termination of contract.

3. Anti-Bribery

Postal Packaging prohibits all forms of bribery, corruption, and unethical inducement. We fully comply with the Bribery Act 2010.

We prohibit: - Offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting any bribe or improper payment. - Making facilitation payments or kickbacks of any kind. - Bribing or attempting to bribe a foreign public official or any business contact.

Gifts and Hospitality: Gifts and hospitality must be modest, infrequent, and never intended to influence a business decision. Any gift or hospitality that could be seen as excessive or inappropriate must be reported to management.

4. Responsibilities

All employees, directors, and representatives of Postal Packaging must: - Familiarise themselves with this policy. - Avoid any activities that could breach this policy. - Report any suspicions or incidents of modern slavery or bribery.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal or termination of a supplier relationship.

5. Reporting Concerns
